About the role#
This position offers part-time work for currently enrolled university students within the A&D Faculty Offices. The role supports daily departmental operations while helping you build professional skills like communication, time management, and workplace readiness. You will balance your work responsibilities with your academic schedule.
What you'll do#
- Handle daily office maintenance and departmental tasks.
- Manage clerical duties including answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
- Provide front-line customer service to visitors and staff.
- Assist with events, programs, data entry, and light research.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all university policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a university student.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- A willingness to perform frequent keyboard use.
