About the role#
Jencap is offering a nine-week summer internship program starting in June 2027. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide hands-on experience in the wholesale insurance industry. You will work directly with our core business units, specifically Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority.
What you'll do#
- Work closely with an assigned mentor throughout the program.
- Shadow staff members during daily tasks, team meetings, and other activities.
- Complete meaningful work assignments within your assigned business unit.
- Engage with the Senior Vice President of Training and Development along with other interns on education hubs.
- Collaborate on a group project and present your findings to company leaders at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Business major.
- Rising Senior status with an expected graduation date in May 2028.
- Completion of at least two business courses at an accredited college.
