About the role#
This internship provides an early career opportunity within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through hands-on research and analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by obtaining and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the transaction due diligence process.
- Help design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent US work authorization.
- You possess intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You are detail-oriented and self-motivated with a team-player attitude.
- You can interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in Denver, Colorado.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
