About the role#
Johnson Electric is hiring interns for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Vandalia, Ohio. You will work with mentors and team members to learn our business operations and processes while gaining experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects.
- Build professional relationships across different departments.
- Select and participate in 2-3 hands-on projects focused on Engineering, Quality, or Operations Leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 semesters remaining in your degree program.
- Availability for full-time work during the rotation.
- You are adaptable and interested in exploring different functional areas.
