About the role#
We are looking for a student assistant or intern to join our Agile IT team. You will work alongside our Enterprise Applications, IT FinOps, BI, and AI team members to support internal business processes. This role is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Develop and deploy AI solutions to automate IT operations, finance, and reporting.
- Build and maintain analytic dashboards and data pipelines for IT and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to improve system integrations and data quality.
- Design, develop, and test internal tools using AI and automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI-supported applications to ensure reliability.
- Document workflows and create training materials for new internal solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with exposure to programming, data, or AI.
- Coursework or experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Blob Storage.
- Understanding of data structures, APIs, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
