About the role#
We are looking for a Support Operations Intern to help us deliver high-quality experiences for our users. You will manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, ensuring our community receives fast and accurate assistance. This role is a chance to work closely with our core team as we scale our infrastructure and market presence.
What you'll do#
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets with a focus on keeping first reply times under 10 minutes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through clear and accurate communication.
- Identify and synthesize patterns from inbound support volume to share with our product and engineering teams.
- Shadow senior team members to learn how to handle complex inquiries and escalations.
- Update and maintain internal support resources and documentation.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in prediction markets and familiarity with trading concepts.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- A balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
- A sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

- This is an on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- The term for this position is Fall 2026.
- This is a paid, full-time role.
