    About the role#

    The Student Coordinator works with the Admissions and Financial Aid departments to guide students through the enrollment process. You will serve as a primary contact for future students, helping them navigate requirements from their initial interest through to their start date.

    What you'll do#

    • Maintain regular contact with future students via phone to track their progress and keep them motivated.
    • Help students resolve concerns and overcome challenges during the enrollment process.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to collect necessary documentation.
    • Ensure students complete all required entrance exams and enrollment steps.
    • Manage student records by maintaining notes and scanning documents into the REACH system.
    • Conduct campus tours for prospective students.
    • Prepare and finalize admissions folders for the Enrollment Coordinator.

    What you'll need#

    • An Associates degree.
    • Experience in a customer service role.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.
    • The role follows a rolling term schedule.
