About the role#
Kiteworks is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support our demand generation team. You will work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid media campaigns and create content for B2B markets. This role is for someone interested in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and creative output.
What you'll do#
- Manage day-to-day operations across paid media platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Reddit, and MNTN. You will ensure campaigns run correctly and align with performance goals.
- Create ad copy using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. You will refine these outputs and iterate based on feedback.
- Produce video content for social channels and connected TV. This includes handling scripting, voiceover, and animation using AI video tools.
- Coordinate with the design team on creative production and manage the revision process to ensure assets meet brand guidelines.
- Monitor creative performance to identify when campaigns need refreshes or new concepts.
- Track campaign metrics and support reporting cadences to help prepare performance summaries for leadership.
- Manage social engagement tools to amplify posts by leadership and the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or recent graduation from these programs.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, or Meta. Certifications are helpful but not required.
- A demonstrated interest in using AI tools for productivity, research, or content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to flagging issues.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt as the role evolves.

- Role is fully remote.
- This is a paid internship.
- The term is rolling.

- Candidates must pass a background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
