About the role#
The Services team at Later supports and scales influencer marketing programs for our clients. As an Influencer Marketing Services Co-op, you will assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role is intended for students looking to gain experience within a scaling business.
What you'll do#
- Help design and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Assist with influencer sourcing and research.
- Support the Services team with administrative tasks, including influencer contracting, inbox management, and campaign monitoring.
- Communicate regularly with influencers to manage incentive fulfillment, email outreach, and recruitment.
- Monitor and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Develop and apply a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform.
- Help the Services team represent the voice of the customer and the influencer for internal product feedback.
- Collaborate with the Global Support team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Extremely organized with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage priorities effectively.
- A scrappy, can-do approach.
Location & details#
- This position is open only to students currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University.
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, five days a week.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid.
