About the role#
We are looking for a creative student to join our Client Services team as a Social Media Content Creator Co-op. You will help concept, produce, and edit social content for brand campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. This role involves working closely with our client-facing experts to turn trends and stories into content.
What you'll do#
- Brainstorm and pitch ideas for upcoming campaigns and always-on social content.
- Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and graphics optimized for specific platforms.
- Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes to inform creative concepts.
- Organize and upload content to social scheduling platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and influencer marketing teams to execute projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a co-op program through Northeastern University.
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a design program.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Basic familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- A portfolio showcasing design work focused on digital or social media.
- Ability to design graphics that follow platform-specific guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and social media scheduling tools is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Modality: On-site, five days a week.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid.
