About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work with our production team during the summer of 2027. You will work closely with our Production Manager to gain direct experience in our manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position for students looking to build a career in the industry.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in the production area to understand the process from start to finish.
- Support 2027 strategic initiatives through specific projects.
- Analyze production lines to find bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Propose new workflow layouts to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Evaluate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify opportunities for equipment and process upgrades.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a Junior in college.
- A degree path in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
