    About the role#

    The Enterprise Business Improvement Services team is looking for a Strategic Management Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise-wide planning. You will work alongside senior leadership to help shape the 2027 Strategic Plan for the Knights of Columbus.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the development of the 2027 Strategic Plan.
    • Collect and consolidate strategic plans from various departments.
    • Format, analyze, and evaluate department-level plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities.
    • Ensure strategic initiatives align with enterprise objectives.
    • Prepare reports and materials to support planning efforts.
    • Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an MBA program or status as a high-performing undergraduate Junior or Senior.
    • Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, or Statistics.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in New Haven, Connecticut.
    • The term is for the Fall 2026 semester.
    • Sponsorship is not available for this role.
