About the role#
As an intern in the Valuation Services practice, you will work with a team that provides consulting for financial reporting, tax, investment, and risk management. You will interact with senior leadership at client companies, including CFOs and controllers. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analysis for a variety of public and private entities.
- Build and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
- Gather data for engagements through client interactions and site visits.
- Help prepare and present findings to clients.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, presentations, and publications.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2028.
- A major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage your own workflow, focus on quality, and pay close attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
