About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern to join the Real Estate Advisory Group. This team provides valuation and consulting services for property acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning. You will gain experience in the field while working on projects for owners and investors.
What you'll do#
- Research industries, markets, and competitors.
- Perform real estate market analysis at local, national, and international levels.
- Design financial models for discounted cash flow analysis using Argus and Excel.
- Gather data through direct client interaction, including interviews with brokers and property managers.
- Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends.
- Assist in preparing and presenting analysis results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- A major GPA of at least 3.0.
- A graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The position is paid at a rate of $20 to $35 per hour.
- This is a full-time internship with a rolling term.
