About the role#
As an Audit Intern at KSM, you will gain hands-on experience in the public accounting profession. You will apply your academic knowledge to real-world engagements while working alongside our professional staff. This role is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the daily responsibilities of a first-year associate accountant.
What you'll do#
- Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs.
- Learn directly from experienced Associates, Seniors, Managers, and Partners.
- Work with a variety of clients across multiple industries, ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations.
- Collaborate with your peers and build professional relationships.
- Gain practical experience by performing meaningful work engagements.
What you'll need#
- Working towards an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business or Accounting.
- On track for CPA eligibility upon graduation.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
