About the role#
Kulicke & Soffa is hiring a Software Engineering Intern for our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling term. You will support the development of robotic automation equipment within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Develop software for next-generation robotic semiconductor equipment.
- Design, model, code, and test features based on specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members in an agile environment.
- Learn the wire bonder domain.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Coursework or experience programming in C++.
- Coursework or experience in Object Oriented (OO) Analysis and Design.
