About the role#
The Sephora Wholesale Intern supports the growth of the L'OCCITANE Group North America wholesale business. You will assist in managing the Sephora account, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on sales growth, administrative efficiency, and brand representation.
What you'll do#
- Maintain up-to-date Sephora assortments through ongoing inventory analysis.
- Build new tools to streamline daily administrative tasks and improve reporting systems.
- Manage account administration, including new SKU creation, sample coordination, and asset forms.
- Support marketing projects such as sampling initiatives, ratings and review campaigns, and local market activations.
- Pull sales data from retailer reports and update internal files.
- Develop toolkits for the Field Sales Team covering store events, training, and best practices.
- Perform online site audits of PDP pages and SKU updates.
- Assist with planning presentations for meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience with consumer products, preferably in beauty or luxury goods.
- Prior experience working in a beauty retail setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with pivot tables.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
