About the role#
The Student Relations Technician supports the daily operations of student record management and compliance. You will work with a diverse group of students to support their growth and development. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fresno, California.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain student records, including data input and reconciliation.
- Handle public contact and correspondence, including answering telephone calls and providing customer service.
- Communicate with students and parents regarding progress or concerns.
- Schedule and conduct orientations for incoming students.
- Manage enrollment protocols for special education, ELL, and re-enrollment cases.
- Ensure all enrollment paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Input student information into the Student Information System.
- Issue and track student work permits.
- Audit student work samples and compliance documents, including report cards and master agreements.
- Assist teachers with compliance and problem solving.
- Verify ADA data in the system and submit compliance error reports to management.
- Maintain compliance and ADA checklists.
