About the role#
Insomniac Events is seeking a Street Marketing Intern to join our team in Calabasas. This role offers hands-on experience in live event and promotional marketing. You will support our team through a mix of administrative coordination, onsite event assistance, and grassroots marketing execution. This is a paid internship reporting to the Manager of Street Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Support the Street Marketing team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare marketing materials, including flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming campaigns.
- Research local markets, community events, audience trends, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
- Manage inventory, organize supplies, and maintain marketing storage areas.
- Provide general support for special projects and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A motivated attitude and the ability to solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work outdoors or on foot for extended periods.

- Location: Calabasas, California.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Part-time (16-29 hours per week).
- Note: This role requires travel to event sites and availability during some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
