About the role#
This is a co-op student position within the No Frills marketing team. You will gain experience in brand management, insights, and analytics while learning how to build and execute retail marketing campaigns. This role is open to students currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development of campaign briefs.
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze the resulting data.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders, including merchandising, Loblaw Brands, Divisional operations, and Marketing Operations.
- Coordinate with external agencies to support campaign goals.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in retail, brand marketing, and food.
- Knowledge of general marketing strategy, business principles, brand communications, and media tactics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and stakeholder relations skills.
- An organized approach to balancing multiple projects.
- A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and obtain approvals.
- You must be 18 years or older to complete a criminal background check.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, with 4 days in the office).
