About the role#
This co-op position supports the Super Market Division in Brampton. You will gain experience in brand management, insights, and analytics while working on major retail brands including President’s Choice, No Name, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zehrs, Real Canadian Superstore, and No Frills. This is a full-time, paid role for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development of campaign briefs.
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze the results.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, merchandising teams, Loblaw Brands, and divisional operations.
- Learn to build and execute marketing strategies within a retail environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications program.
- A genuine interest in brands and a love for food.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and source information.
Location & details#
- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027 (4 months).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, with 4 days in the office).
- Compensation: The hiring range is $35,100 to $65,700 per year, adjusted based on experience and academic level.
