About the role#
This co-op position supports the Loblaw Brands Technology Transformation team. You will assist with system enhancements, testing, and data quality initiatives. The team manages the Product Lifecycle Management program, which helps create thousands of Loblaw branded products each year. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Map relationships for data migration between systems to ensure documents move to the correct products and vendors.
- Perform data cleansing for vendor and product information using Excel, SAP, and other internal systems.
- Create and analyze reports, including generating Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop training and learning materials for PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Support general testing and data quality initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science program.
- Comfort with programming languages and Microsoft programs, such as Python, Visual Basic, and Power Query.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027 to April 16, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with up to 1 day of remote work per week and 4 days in the office.
