About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Pharmacy Student position based in Toronto, Ontario. You will work on-site in a retail pharmacy setting, supporting our automation and prescription filling workflows. This role follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Generate automation reports using Kroll pharmacy management software.
- Package medications into unit dose pouches using the automation machine.
- Manage automation workflows to meet specific targets and schedules.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory at pre-specified minimum stock levels.
- Follow step-by-step processes to prepare medication packages for shipment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Nursing.
- Previous experience with Kroll software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Compensation: $20.90 to $28.60 per hour, depending on experience and location.
