About the role#
This position offers practical training within a community pharmacy setting. You will gain real-world experience to supplement your academic studies and learn about the evolving role of a community pharmacist. You will work in a locally owned store while receiving support from a national brand.
What you'll do#
- Greet and acknowledge all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality and ensure all privacy requirements and consent protocols are met.
- Maintain clear visibility to the public while on duty.
- Participate in hands-on training for community pharmacy practice.
- Build your knowledge of over-the-counter products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
- Develop the skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy operation.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an education as a pharmacist in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

- Location: 761 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
- Employment type: Part-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.75 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge.
- Term: Rolling.
