About the role#
As a Product Designer Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience shaping online shopping experiences for millions of Canadians. You will work alongside a team of designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to create intuitive and accessible digital products. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Frame design problems by assisting in research and discovery activities.
- Document user and business needs.
- Practice interaction design by supporting the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to high-fidelity screens and apply brand guidelines and design systems.
- Organize and maintain design assets.
- Support user research and testing by compiling feedback and documenting insights.
- Participate in design critiques and workshops.
- Ensure accessibility is considered in all projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a design-related program, such as Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
- A portfolio demonstrating potential in UX and UI design.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- An interest in user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027 to April 16, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, 4 days in office).
