About the role#
You will join the Marketing and Brands Project Management team to support the initiation, management, reporting, and governance of various strategic projects. Working directly with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, you will gain experience in project lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional business leads across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of 2025 project charters.
- Gather monthly project reporting from various stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules, workbacks, project plans, and Gantt charts.
- Manage project deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for project meetings.
- Build PowerPoint presentations and email communications to support project progress.
- Manage relationships across Marketing and Brands teams.
- Integrate into Teams groups and communication channels to track project status.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree or a certified Project Management program.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables in parallel.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project planning software, Teams, and Outlook.
- A structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to synthesize information, identify risks, and determine next steps.
- Experience building relationships and credibility within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to changing priorities or direction pivots.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week).
- Employment: Full-time, paid position.
