About the role#
This IT Co-Op position provides practical experience in IT processes, project management, and Generative AI. You will work on real-world projects and receive mentorship from experienced IT professionals.
What you'll do#
- Assist in maturing the Generative AI program and support Digital Fusion workshops across business functions.
- Help define the approach, build curricula, and develop content for GenAI training.
- Research the latest advancements in generative AI within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Help drive IT maturity by reimagining and streamlining internal processes.
- Assist in implementing roadmap items for IT improvements.
- Write functional requirements for enhancement requests.
- Conduct unit testing and confirm that test scripts align with requirements.
- Provide management reporting on IT tickets and support trends.
- Create an onboarding guide for future students in the IT co-op program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to understand, document, and improve business processes using technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- The term is rolling.
