About the role#
As a National Education Specialist II, you will join the Group Retirement Solutions team. Your work focuses on engaging plan members by creating and delivering effective education materials. You will report to the Manager, Member Education and contribute to growing plan member assets through clear, actionable communication.
What you'll do#
- Create enrollment and member communication materials in various formats.
- Enter plan benefit descriptions and data into internal systems.
- Review all materials for accuracy, readability, and quality.
- Coordinate the translation of documents when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal contacts to verify information and secure approvals.
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Track productivity and report on progress.
- Maintain a database of accurate, clear content for member communications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to spot inconsistencies, question data, and resolve issues with others.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous project management or business experience in insurance or retirement savings is an asset.
