About the role#
As a Business Technology Intern, you will work at the intersection of business and technology. You will support initiatives that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. You will join a team of Business Analysts and IT Project Coordinators to help accelerate the adoption of digital innovation across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into business requirements and process flows.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating meetings to keep tasks on track.
- Work with datasets to identify trends and create visual reports or dashboards.
- Organize and update key project artifacts such as meeting notes and risk logs.
- Contribute to the adoption of digital innovation across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.

- This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The internship runs during Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, with in-office attendance expected Tuesday through Thursday.
