About the role#
Join the Digital Marketing Analytics team to support daily reporting and improve social media insight workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with performance analysis, campaign tracking, and social listening. This role focuses on making reporting processes more consistent and efficient for the business.
What you'll do#
- Support internal reporting for the Social Media team, including competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Analyze conversation trends, sentiment, buzz volume, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Present findings in visually engaging formats for marketing teams and senior management.
- Review recurring reports to identify duplication and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in monitoring paid social campaign performance and preparing reporting summaries.
- Consolidate fragmented reports into templates to reduce manual effort.
- Document key metrics, definitions, and reporting logic.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media metrics and an interest in performance measurement.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to documenting logic and workflows.
- Experience with Python, R, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
- Exposure to reporting, dashboarding, or analytics tools is a plus.
