About the role#
DCI Marketing is seeking a student intern to join the Data and Analytics team in Milwaukee. This individual contributor role focuses on building an Analytics Center of Excellence practice within both custom and purchased platform environments. You will work on hands-on tasks to meet quality requirements and project timelines.
What you'll do#
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into designs and development specifications.
- Transform data into information, knowledge, and actionable business decisions.
- Streamline dataflow pipelines across various programs and products.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to improve the effectiveness of digital programs.
- Handle data-related documentation and visual communications.
- Support Snowflake services and the data warehouse.
- Learn from and take guidance from delivery and operations team members.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in data-related technologies and architecture.
- Experience writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries.
- Experience managing data pipelines.
- Experience with machine learning methods such as linear regression, correlation, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with Snowflake DB, including SnowSight and Snowpipes, is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with prescriptive or predictive analytics is an advantage.

- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, rolling term.
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour for rising seniors graduating in 2027.
