About the role#
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to join our team in Wixom, Michigan. This is a full-time, paid position that supports our engineering department as we grow. You will work in an office setting and interact with teams across sales, the shop floor, and quality control. This role requires the use of PPE.
What you'll do#
- Develop 3D CAD models using SolidWorks.
- Create production drawings that are parametrically linked.
- Manage third-party partners during the design analysis process.
- Assist engineering leads with the development of new products and internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering program or a similar degree at an accredited university.
- Good academic standing.
- Practical experience with 3D modeling CAD software.
