About the role#
As a Digital Production Engineering Intern, you will help keep projects organized and moving forward while learning how digital activations are built from concept to deployment. You will sit at the intersection of design, development, and client needs, supporting the team with task management and day-to-day coordination.
What you'll do#
- Create and track tasks in Jira or similar tools.
- Assist with timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams.
- Sit in on sprint planning and standups to see how projects flow.
- Assist with kiosks, apps, and games, such as EV quizzes or 3D simulators.
- Document issues and follow them through resolution.
- Pitch in on content updates and file organization.
- Capture meeting notes, status updates, and client requests.
- Help build simple reports that show progress and next steps.
- Learn how the team builds apps with Angular or Electron, dashboards with Firebase, and immersive 3D experiences with Unreal.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer or Software Engineering.
- Interest in digital media, interactive design, or app development.
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with web or app concepts, such as HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, or React.
- Organized, detail-minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Strong communication skills and a preference for teamwork.

- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour for a rising senior graduating in 2027.
