About the role#
The Finance Internship is a 10-week summer program designed to provide experience with real business problems. You will work within the Mars Petcare finance team to support our digital agenda and gain exposure to finance operations. This role offers the potential to join the full-time Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation, contingent on a successful internship and candidate evaluation.
What you'll do#
- Support the finance team by building analytics capabilities and processes.
- Use next generation applications and technologies to assist finance operations.
- Work on project-based assignments that provide value to the business.
- Communicate with senior leadership and align with stakeholders.
- Develop skills in data storytelling, analysis, and process optimization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Status as a student interning the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to the work site.
- Ability to complete drug and background screenings.
- Personal transportation to and from the work site.
