About the role#
The Sales Force Support team works behind the scenes to equip, engage, recognize, and inspire Independent Beauty Consultants. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects and solve real business challenges. This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience and includes a formal mentorship program, social activities, and volunteer opportunities. You will collaborate with teams across the business to support the independent sales force.
What you'll do#
Your work will vary based on team priorities and business needs. You may assist with:
- Sales force development and education
- Events planning and production
- Sales force recognition and total rewards
- Administrative tasks across departments
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage projects.
- Tech savvy with an understanding of social media.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility to move between departments as needed.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
- Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience using Canva is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at our Addison or Lewisville, Texas locations.
- We do not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
