About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join the Advisors & Consulting Services team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This summer 2027 internship offers an opportunity to work on strategic consulting projects across various industries, including retail and financial services. You will work within small teams to help clients address complex business questions through data-driven insights and hands-on implementation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to support strategic consulting projects.
- Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create clear presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Structure challenges and explore solutions to support problem solving.
- Build an understanding of the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements.
- Engage in networking sessions and mentorship with the management team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s degree program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Strong record of academic achievement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, or Tableau is an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
