About the role#
This 12-week summer internship immerses you in our Human Resources organization. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence business decisions. The program provides exposure to senior leaders and includes professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Identify workforce insights and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to inform internal strategy.
- Deliver a project that influences HR or business decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost-savings efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to solve business problems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share your findings with leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
- At least 3 years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience presenting to senior management.
