About the role#
This is an 8-month, full-time, paid internship starting in January 2027. You will work on-site in Toronto, contributing to integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives. You will collaborate with local teams to develop marketing plans that align with global strategies and local market insights.
What you'll do#
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to reach business goals.
- Coordinate with local teams, including sales, finance, and communications, to establish marketing plans.
- Track marketing spend against estimates and ensure event or campaign delivery follows the plan.
- Analyze customer metrics and marketing performance reports to extract insights.
- Report findings to stakeholders and help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
- Support the coordination of work across stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection meetings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least one academic term remaining after the internship concludes.
- Aptitude for finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.
