About the role#
This is an 8-month internship opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in sales operations. You will join a team focused on refining sales planning and execution. The role involves analyzing data to provide recommendations, identifying ways to reduce manual work, and collaborating with global teams to support business goals.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales data to identify performance blockers and support team success.
- Advise on the tracking and monitoring of pipelines, scorecards, and sales plays.
- Assist with local fiscal-year sales operations planning across various segments.
- Track risks throughout the planning process and ensure data quality across partnerships.
- Support tool implementation and follow up on project completion.
- Execute components of partner management, such as segmentation, quota planning, and co-selling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least one semester or term of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- Experience in areas such as sales, account management, program management, business development, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to interpret information to form insights, hypotheses, or conclusions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Capacity to scale business processes across different functions.

- Compensation: CAD $4600 per month.
