About the role#
The Institutional Equity Derivatives & Trading Co-Op program offers a 6-month immersion within the Institutional Equity Division. This role focuses on quantitative, trading, and structuring functions. You will work directly with desks responsible for market-making, liquidity generation, and the development of trading solutions for institutional clients.
What you'll do#
- Generate and facilitate liquidity across a variety of derivative products.
- Develop innovative product and trading solutions.
- Distribute derivative ideas and research to hedge funds and asset managers.
- Price and execute a suite of products, including options, futures, and swaps.
- Perform complex risk hedging using tradable instruments.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work full-time, in-person from January through June 2027.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a graduation date after December 2027.
- Academic focus in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with coding languages such as Python, Q, R, SQL, or VB.
- Strong analytical reasoning and communication skills.
