About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain industry knowledge and develop professional skills within the global wealth management sector. You will work on-site in Pasadena, supporting branch teams while learning about financial services, products, and client needs. This is a paid, full-time position with a maximum duration of ten months.
What you'll do#
- Build industry and organizational knowledge through daily tasks and assignments.
- Develop financial and analytical skills to support a career in wealth management.
- Provide marketing and sales assistance to branch teams.
- Conduct market research to support business objectives.
- Gain exposure to the products, services, and financial needs of clients.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Currently pursuing a college degree is preferred, with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to learn about the global wealth management business.
