About the role#
Mueller Communications is hiring a Design Intern to join our team in Milwaukee. This is a paid, full-time opportunity with a hybrid work schedule. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects for a diverse roster of clients, including healthcare organizations, retailers, and cultural institutions.
What you'll do#
- Use the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD.
- Apply design principles like spatial awareness, proper proportions, and brand standards.
- Handle production design tasks, such as project edits, layout consistency, and finalizing templates.
- Deliver quality drafts on time and within budget.
- Prepare for client meetings by conducting research, drafting agendas, and writing meeting recaps.
- Manage your own workload and support other design team members with project execution.
What you'll need#
- Status as a current college senior or recent graduate.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Strong project management skills.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
