    About the role#

    As a Student Customer Service Representative, you serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will assist people with their finances, ensure transaction accuracy, and recommend services that align with their goals. This role provides an introduction to banking and professional teamwork.

    What you'll do#

    • Greet customers and assist them with a positive attitude.
    • Process daily banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
    • Help customers understand their financial options.
    • Recommend bank products based on specific customer needs.
    • Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth branch operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Ability to use computers and software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Clear communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
    • A willingness to learn new tasks and take on challenges.
    • Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
    • Work modality: This is a fully on-site position.
    • Schedule: This is a part-time role. You will work 10-20 hours per week during the school year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.
    • Majors: We welcome students studying Business Administration, Finance, or Communications.
