About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers a 12-week experience at Nemacolin. You will work at the intersection of revenue, sales, reservations, and marketing. The role focuses on how data and strategy influence commercial performance and the guest experience. You will gain exposure to reporting, promotions, and cross-functional projects while developing practical business skills.
What you'll do#
- Build and automate reporting to support commercial decisions.
- Support the creation of print and digital collateral, group sales communications, and resort promotions.
- Maintain consistent resort communications through signage and digital materials.
- Research and track advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with revenue, sales, reservations, and marketing stakeholders on projects.
- Provide administrative support including expense reporting, correspondence, and filing.
- Complete an experiential project and presentation for resort leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current second- or third-year student enrolled in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- One to two years of marketing, sales, or revenue experience through academic or professional work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Curiosity toward emerging technologies.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Continuous authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
