About the role#
Kroll is hiring an Intern to join the Valuation Services team. This role supports financial reporting, tax, investment, and risk management projects. You will work directly with senior client leadership, including CFOs and controllers, to deliver valuation and consulting services.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analysis for public and private entities.
- Build and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
- Gather data through client interaction and site visits.
- Prepare and present analysis results.
- Research clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Engineering majors must have completed at least four Junior or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2028.
- Minimum major GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, workflow, and quality of work.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
