About the role#
As a Holiday Village Supervisor Intern, you will gain hands-on leadership experience within a luxury hospitality environment. This role focuses on the daily operations of Hardy's Holiday Village, where you will support team members and ensure a high standard of guest service throughout the winter season.
What you'll do#
- Provide day-to-day direction, support, and encouragement to Holiday Helpers.
- Coordinate opening, operating, and closing procedures for the village.
- Monitor daily staffing needs and manage associate assignments.
- Coach and guide team members to ensure professional guest service.
- Assist with the planning and execution of seasonal programming, special events, and holiday experiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in fields such as Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn resort systems and technology.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
