About the role#
Almanac Realty Investors, a unit of Neuberger Berman, provides growth capital to public and private real estate companies. We are seeking interns to join our investment team. This role offers exposure to a real estate private equity platform and interaction with senior team members. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to live deals, advance investment analysis, and synthesize findings.
- Prepare internal and external memoranda.
- Conduct due diligence on new investments.
- Support fund marketing and existing client requests.
- Participate in special projects regarding real estate research, portfolio companies, and technology or sustainability research.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Technical foundations in corporate finance, accounting, and real estate analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
