About the role#
Nexans is establishing a structured Customer Experience Management program as part of its Innovation Program. As a Marketing Innovation Intern, you will report to the Offer Manager. You will help execute this program by gathering and analyzing customer feedback to support product insights. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Recruit, screen, and vet participants for customer interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate feedback sessions.
- Conduct interviews using established research methods.
- Identify recurring themes, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
- Organize research data using Microsoft Excel.
- Compile findings into structured summaries and reports.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations.
- Track project status and action items during weekly meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related post-secondary program, ideally in your second or third year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An outgoing and approachable personality with confidence when engaging with customers and industry professionals.
- A valid driver's license, as this role requires 25% travel within Ontario.

- Compensation: $48,000 to $58,000 per annum.
