About the role#
NVR, Inc. is hiring a Mortgage Finance Summer Intern for Summer 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Dagsboro, Delaware. You will work directly with mortgage professionals to gain hands-on experience in the mortgage process for our homebuilding customers.
What you'll do#
- Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify home buyers and negotiate financing options.
- Guide customers through the process from initial application to their settlement date.
- Handle mortgage approvals and conduct mortgage closings.
- Learn about the homebuilding industry that NVR Mortgage supports.
- Spend time with sales and production teams to observe management skills and the delivery of homes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program. Students from all majors are welcome, though Business Administration, Finance, and Economics are relevant.
- Strong communication skills.
- A high level of drive and self-motivation, including leadership experience.
- A current driver's license.
