About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with the mortgage process for homebuilding customers. You will work with mortgage professionals to learn about regulatory requirements, loan processing, and customer negotiations. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify home buyers and negotiate financing options.
- Guide customers through the process from their initial application to the settlement date.
- Gain experience in mortgage approval processing and conducting closings.
- Spend time with sales and production teams to observe the management skills required to deliver new homes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with a preference for students graduating within 12 months.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- A current driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not provided.

- Location: Rochester, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Requirements: Drug testing and a credit check are required.
